Marcus Hill is an investment specialist with over 25 years’ experience in capital markets, having held advisory positions at several major investment firms in Australia including Merrill Lynch and Ord Minnett.

Marcus manages investment portfolios for a number of high net worth individuals and families, concentrating primarily on equity investments in the Australian market.

Marcus is a Director of several Australian and International private companies and is Managing Director and Responsible Manager for International Pacific Capital’s AFSL, servicing wholesale and sophisticated investors.

Geoff has over 40 years’ experience in corporate advice, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. His impressive track record includes Managing Director of Morgan Grenfell Australia, director of Morgan Grenfell PLC, Founding Partner and Managing Director of Pitt Capital Partners Limited, Chairman of Pitt Capital Asia Limited (HK) and Chairman of Mount Gibson Iron Ltd.

Geoff has been an advisor to some of Australia’s largest corporate reconstructions. His experience includes running Bell Resources and restructuring Nine Network, Bond (now Lion Nathan), Weeks Petroleum, and Adelaide Steamship.

Geoff has been the principal advisor on over 200 mergers and acquisitions and has participated in the flotation of more than 50 IPOs in Australia and across Asia Pacific, raising more than $A1.5billion.

Geoff is an experienced non-executive director, having served on the board of 25 companies since 1987.

Geoff’s current appointments include:

• Director and Deputy Chairman, American Rare Earths Ltd (ASX – ARR)
• Chairman, Pacific American Coal Ltd. (ASX – PAK).
• Director, Asian Property Investments Ltd (HK).

He is also founder and director of Asian Property Services Limited and the executive chairman of International Pacific Securities Limited Group.

Geoff has considerable experience in Australia, Asia, Europe and the United States, having lived and worked in Sydney, London, New York and Hong Kong. He is a member of the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club (RHKYC), and World Presidents Association (WPO) Hong Kong Chapter.

Stephen has over 30 years’ experience in all areas of financial accounting, control and management.

Stephen is Director and Company Secretary of several private investment companies in both Australia and Asia , and has extensive knowledge of regulatory, financial, and reporting requirements of entities across the APAC region.

Stephen holds a BSc and MCom, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries (ACIS).

Thomas is a Chartered Accountant and has over 15 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership delivering the full scope of financial controller, planning and corporate finance functions for investment management, Fortune 500 and multinational accounting firms.
